Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Samarialeah.com. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange for store credit as long as it meets our Exchange Policy guidelines. Please note that all sales are final, and only one exchange is allowed per order.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. To request a cancellation, please contact us at support@samarialeah.com within this timeframe.
After 24 hours, cancellations are not permitted, including for pre-orders and made-to-order items.
Please note that all pre-orders and made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded after the 24-hour window.
Exchange Process
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange for store credit. After this period, your order is no longer eligible.
If an item is reported as defective, it must be returned for inspection. All items undergo a quality review, and eligibility for store credit or exchange is determined at our discretion based on our standards.
To qualify for an exchange, items must:
- Be unused (unworn and unwashed)
- Be in original packaging
- Have all hang tags and labels attached
- Include the original invoice or order number
How to Initiate an Exchange
To start an exchange, please email exchanges@samarialeah.com with your name, order number, and reason for exchange. A team member will follow up with next steps and an estimated turnaround time.
Once your return is received and inspected, your exchange will be processed. You will be notified via email once your exchange has shipped. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing once your return has been received and inspected.
Exchange Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Resale
Our products are not authorized for resale. We do not accept exchanges for items purchased through third-party sellers. Any attempt to exchange an item not purchased directly from us will void eligibility under this policy.
Disputes & Chargebacks
If a chargeback or dispute is initiated, all order processing will be placed on hold until the matter is resolved. We encourage customers to contact us directly at support@samarialeah.com so we can assist in resolving any concerns.
Submitting a dispute does not expedite resolution and may delay order fulfillment or replacement.
We reserve the right to deny future orders from customers who initiate chargebacks.
